After the application is complete, you will interview with a staffing manager. You will have the opportunity to discuss your skills and what you are looking for in your next position. We staff for a wide variety of positions, so interview styles will vary depending on the kind of job you are in the market for. After all, employers look for very different experience when hiring welders, accountants, or RNs.
Depending on the position, you may need to take a variety of assessments, or present certifications or credentials to move to the next step in the process. Saunders Staffing conducts reference checks with previous employers and other references you provide. Depending on employer requirements, we may also perform background checks or drug tests. Once these steps are complete, you may be offered relevant job assignments, or interview with the employer.
